​Welcome to the North Devon Woodturners

Looking to know more about woodturning. You have come to the right place.



Formed in 1991, our friendly club has a wide range of skills among it’s members. We have monthly woodturning demonstrations by professional woodturners and proficient club members, giving you a chance to improve or learn woodturning skills. We always welcome new members whether you are new to turning or experienced.

​The demonstrations at the monthly meetings are supported by AV equipment so that everyone can see and hear the demonstrator. We also have a monthly project table where members are encouraged to bring along their turnings, both good and not so good, to “show and tell” and to get ideas and advice. Tea time offers the chance to talk to other members and the demonstrator, plenty of friendly help and advice is always available.

As well as our monthly meetings we hold an Annual Show, open to the public, with competitions, demonstrations, sales and tombola.
